You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during account registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Philippine mobile number. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any wallet balance.
Each player is permitted to hold only one active mgame account. Operating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. mgame reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void any winnings or bonuses associated with them.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mgame login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. mgame will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify mgame immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
mgame is required to verify the identity of players before processing withdrawals and in certain other circumstances. The KYC process may require you to submit copies of government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/GSIS ID), proof of address, and in some cases proof of payment method ownership.
mgame reserves the right to suspend withdrawal access and to withhold wallet balances pending successful KYC completion. Accounts where KYC verification fails due to the submission of fraudulent documents will be permanently terminated and any funds may be subject to regulatory reporting obligations.
mgame accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other supported payment channels as made available from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits credited using payment methods in your name are processed and reflected in your mgame wallet promptly, though processing times may vary by payment provider.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits, where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Verified accounts typically receive GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within 5–30 minutes. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take 1–3 business days depending on interbank processing schedules. Withdrawals above ₱50,000 may be subject to additional review.
All transactions on the mgame platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the responsibility of the player's payment provider, not mgame.
Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute through your bank or e-wallet provider in relation to a valid mgame deposit is a violation of these Terms. Any player who initiates an unauthorized chargeback will have their account suspended pending investigation, and any wallet balance associated with disputed funds may be withheld pending resolution.

mgame's total liability to any player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply to fraud or willful misconduct by mgame.
mgame reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases involving: violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, provision of false registration information, or receipt of a regulatory directive. In cases of suspension due to suspected fraud or regulatory inquiry, wallet balances may be held pending investigation. In cases of termination for Terms violations, mgame reserves the right to void applicable wallet balances.
Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting mgame's support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Outstanding wallet balances in voluntarily closed accounts will be returned to the player's last-used verified payment method after applicable reviews are completed.
mgame reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to the address on file at least 7 days before the effective date of the change. Continued use of the mgame platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, or your use of the mgame platform, shall first be attempted to be resolved through mgame's internal dispute resolution process by contacting our support team. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
